Üretim ve İşçilik Garantisi
In addition to any applicable Consumer and/or statutory rights, the Supplier offers a manufacturer’s guarantee. The manufacturer guarantee is that the materials and workmanship of the Goods will be free from defects for a period of 10 years from the date that the Goods were collected by the Buyer or the third party carrier. The product guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. The 10 year guarantee is only applicable to orders placed on or after 1st March 2016, any orders placed prior to this will have a 1 year guarantee. Clearance products do not qualify for this guarantee.
Garanti Kapsamı Dışındaki Durumlar:
Eserin doğrudan güneş ışığına, aşırı neme veya suya maruz bırakılması, yetkisiz onarım denemeleri, yanlış montaj uygulamaları veya bakım talimatlarına uyulmaması durumunda oluşan deformasyonlar garanti kapsamı dışındadır.
Teslimat sonrası kullanıcı kaynaklı oluşan kimyasal temaslar, darbeler, çizilmeler veya kazalar garanti kapsamında değerlendirilmez.
Teslimat sırasında fark edilen herhangi bir kusur veya hasar durumu, 7 gün içerisinde görsellerle birlikte tarafımıza bildirilmelidir.
Olası bir kusur bildiriminde, eserin detaylı fotoğrafları ve sertifika numarasıyla birlikte info@woodsir.com adresi üzerinden atölyemizle iletişime geçmeniz gerekmektedir.
A claim will be compensated for at the Supplier’s discretion. We reserve the right to offer a compensation. Compensation is normally paid within 28 days of the date of the Supplier’s confirmation.
